General Terms and Conditions for Ticket Sales - MOROCCO HOCKEY

1. Applicability

• Validity: These terms apply to all ticket buyers and visitors of MOROCCO HOCKEY events.

• Agreement: By purchasing a ticket, you fully accept these terms and conditions.

• Amendments: MOROCCO HOCKEY reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

2. Tickets and Payment

• Official channels: Tickets are only valid when purchased through authorized MOROCCO HOCKEY sales channels.

• Final purchase: Purchased tickets cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded.

• Refunds: Refunds are only granted if a match is definitively canceled.

• Rescheduling: If a match is postponed, the ticket remains valid for the new date.

3. Resale and Misuse

• Prohibition: Commercial resale of tickets without written permission is strictly prohibited.

• Invalidity: Counterfeit, altered, or duplicated tickets will deny access to the stadium or venue.

• Blocking: MOROCCO HOCKEY reserves the right to block tickets in case of suspected fraud.

4. Access and Ground Regulations

• Identification: Visitors must show a valid ID or passport upon request.

• Security search: Security staff may search visitors and their bags at the entrance.

• Prohibited items: Fireworks, weapons, alcohol, and glass bottles are strictly banned.

• Conduct: Racism, discrimination, and aggression will result in immediate eviction and a stadium or venue ban.

5. Liability

• Own risk: Entering the match venue is entirely at the visitor's own risk.

• Damage: MOROCCO HOCKEY is not liable for theft, loss, or material damage to personal property.

• Force majeure: Liability for compensation is waived in case of extreme weather or government mandates.

6. Media Rights and Privacy

• Recordings: Visitors may be filmed or photographed for media, broadcast, and promotional purposes.

• Consent: By attending, you grant the free right to use these images and footage.

• Privacy: Personal data is processed in compliance with applicable privacy laws (CNDP).
