Full House Technology wijst er nadrukkelijk op dat zij niet de organisator is, maar enkel de services levert waarmee de organisator tickets verkoopt.

We are Full House Technology B.V. (called, Full House Technology, we and our). Full House Technology offers a no-nonsense ticketing solution for every type of event you can think of. We support event organizations through delivering kick-ass software and off the hook service to start selling your tickets (our Services). 2. Full House Technology and your Personal Data

Full House Technology cares about your privacy and protecting your personal data. We process Personal Data – i.e. all information by which a person can be directly or indirectly identified – in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant legislation on the protection of Personal Data (collectively referred to as Relevant Legislation). This Privacy Policy explains what kind of Personal Data is collected via our Website and Services. It also explains the purposes for which Personal Data is used, how it is protected and the duration of its storage. 

3. Full House Technology acts as both Data Processor and Data Controller

Full House Technology as Data Processor: 

Most of the Personal Data we collect and process, are processed on behalf of the Clients who use our Services. Our Clients determine the means and purposes of this processing of Personal Data, which means they act as Data Controller within the meaning of the Relevant Legislation. We process these Personal Data strictly in accordance with the instructions of our Clients and we don’t process them for our own purposes. In this respect, we act as Data Processor within the meaning of the Relevant Legislation. Our obligations as Data Processor are laid down in the Data Processing Agreement we enter into with our Clients.

As Data Processor, we may collect and process for example the following (Personal) Data on behalf of our Clients: 

• Contact information of ticket-holder: such as name, mail-address and phone number. 

• Financial information of ticket-holder: such as IBAN-number and BIC-code. 

For more information on the Personal Data we process as Data Processor and the relevant purposes, we refer to the privacy policies of our Clients. In case you contact us with a question regarding Personal Data we process as Data Processor, we will refer you to the relevant Client who acts as Data Controller in that respect.

Full House Technology as Data Controller:

Apart from the processing of Personal Data on behalf of our Clients, we do collect and process some Personal Data for our own purposes. In this respect, we act as Controller ourselves within the meaning of the Relevant Legislation. 

4.  What Personal Data do we process as a Controller and for what purposes do we use them? 

As Data Controller, we collect and process the following Personal Data:

Your (company) name, e-mail address, Client number, telephone number, current ticketing information and any Personal Data included in your message.

- Get in touch and to maintain contact with our (potential) Clients;

- Send newsletters. We may process these Personal Data in order to (possibly) enter into a contract or to execute an existing contact. For example, by a request to make ‘an offer you can’t refuse’ or to deliver our Services.

We may send newsletters to existing Clients about similar products and services, because we have a legitimate interest to keep them updated about such products and services. We send newsletters to others than existing Clients only after we have obtained an explicit consent. 

It is always possible to unsubscribe from our newsletter via the link at the bottom of each newsletter.

(Personal) data: Payment and taxing details

Client name and address, invoicing information (Services provided, prices, VAT rates), bank details (account number, IBAN and BIC-code) and an optional VAT identification number. 

- Include in our (financial) administration to comply with the Tax and Customs Administration regulations.

We may process these Personal Data, because we need these Personal Data to perform our contract with our Clients.

We are also legally obligated to process and/or share (some of) these data for/with the national tax authorities.

Information on the history of Services already rendered to the Client. This includes among other things information about earlier correspondence, and (technical) reports on rendered Services.

- Identify the Clients’ history of Services used.

We may process these Personal Data because we have a legitimate interest to process these data in order to provide you good Services. 

Information on the device used to access our Services, IP-address and information on the used browser.

- Communicate in the language of the browser;

We use these Personal Data because we have a legitimate interest to process these data in order to provide a good functioning Website.

Various Personal Data, among which information included in the employment agreement, payroll and financial information, tax details, identification, photo and notes on absence and performance.

- Perform our employment agreement with our Employees.

- Provide/administer the necessary information to/for the Tax and Customs Administration;

- Keep track on vacation/leave days/sickness absence;

We may process these Personal Data because we need these Personal Data to perform our contract with our employees.

We have a legitimate interest to track vacation/leave days/sickness absence in order to estimate the deployment of capacity and to distribute capacity where necessary.

We also have a legitimate interest to track performance, so we can monitor and where necessary support our employees

Apart from the above, we are legally obliged to process some of these Personal Data, for example based on tax regulations.

Personal Data of Job Applicants (Applicant):

(Personal) data: Contact details of Applicant

First name, surname, email address and telephone number.

- Contact the Applicant about the application.

We have a legitimate interest to process these Personal Data, because we need them to get in touch with the Applicant.

Information provided by Applicant, for example: Personal Data included in the Curriculum Vitae and motivation letter, qualifications, working experience, photo, LinkedIn-profile, gender and day of birth.

- Assess whether the Applicant suits the job and/or Full House Technology and to determine which Applicant is the most suitable candidate.

We have a legitimate interest to process these Personal Data as we need them to process and assess the applications.

(Personal) data: Information retained during application process

Notes from interviews, information received from referees and/or training institutions, and where applicable, results from assessments and/or psychological tests.

(Personal) data: Information from public sources

Information in public profiles, such as LinkedIn and other social networks (where applicable).

We have a legitimate interest to process these Personal Data as we need them to process and assess your application. We only process information that is relevant for your application and you will get the opportunity to react to our findings.

Personal Data made public on our Social Network Pages:

In deze voorwaarden wordt verstaan onder:

Koper: de natuurlijke persoon die de overeenkomst op afstand aangaat met de aanbieder;

Herroepingsrecht: de mogelijkheid voor de koper om binnen de gestelde periode af te zien van de overeenkomst op afstand;

Programma: het dagprogramma van lezing en/of masterclass 

Ticket: Toegangsbewijs voor het aangeschafte programma

Algemene Voorwaarden: de onderhavige Algemene Voorwaarden van de aanbieder.

Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op elk aanbod van de aanbieder en op elke tot stand gekomen overeenkomst op afstand tussen aanbieder en koper.

Voordat de overeenkomst op afstand wordt gesloten, wordt de tekst van deze algemene voorwaarden aan de koper beschikbaar gesteld.

Indien één of meerdere bepalingen in deze algemene voorwaarden op enig moment geheel of gedeeltelijk nietig zijn of vernietigd worden, dan blijft de overeenkomst en deze voorwaarden voor het overige in stand en zal de betreffende bepaling in onderling overleg onverwijld vervangen worden door een bepaling dat de strekking van het oorspronkelijke zoveel mogelijk benaderd.

Situaties die niet in deze algemene voorwaarden zijn geregeld, dienen te worden beoordeeld ‘naar de geest’ van deze algemene voorwaarden.

Onduidelijkheden over de uitleg of inhoud van één of meerdere bepalingen van onze voorwaarden, dienen uitgelegd te worden ‘naar de geest’ van deze algemene voorwaarden.

Indien een aanbod een beperkte geldigheidsduur heeft of onder voorwaarden geschiedt, wordt dit nadrukkelijk in het aanbod vermeld.

Het aanbod bevat een volledige en nauwkeurige omschrijving van de aangeboden diensten. De beschrijving is voldoende gedetailleerd om een goede beoordeling van het aanbod door de koper mogelijk te maken. Kennelijke vergissingen of kennelijke fouten in het aanbod binden de aanbieder niet.

Alle afbeeldingen die worden ingezet bij het aanbod zijn indicatief en kunnen geen aanleiding zijn tot schadevergoeding of ontbinding van de overeenkomst.

Aanbieder biedt aan de koper een of meerdere tickets voor een programma van lezing en/of masterclasses die worden gegeven op 4, 11, 18 juni 2021 in Het Archief. 

Onder de tickets geldt een verdeling tussen tickets voor lezing en tickets voor lezing en masterclass. Tickets voor alleen masterclasses worden niet verkocht.

Koper mag meerdere tickets per persoon kopen voor meerdere programmaonderdelen.

Inclusief bij tickets voor lezingen is bij inloop koffie en/of thee..

Tickets kunnen alleen online worden gekocht tot de dag vóór de betreffende lezing en/of masterclass.

Bij de aankoop van een ticket geldt een herroepingsrecht van 14 dagen na aankoop.

Tickets kunnen worden overgedragen aan een andere persoon zonder opgave bij de aanbieder. 

Tickets waarvan de barcode reeds is gescand worden niet nogmaals geaccepteerd.

Alle programmaonderdelen worden gegeven in de Nederlandse taal. Alle communicatie rondom het programma zal eveneens plaatsvinden in het Nederlands. 

De aanbieder is gerechtigd de invulling van het dagprogramma behorende bij de tickets te wijzigen in geval van overmacht. Koper heeft in dit geval geen recht op herroeping van de aankoop (tenzij deze binnen 14 dagen na aankoop wordt ingediend). Overdracht van tickets is in dit geval wel mogelijk.

De aanbieder is gerechtigd de datum en/ of locatie van de lezingen en/of masterclasses te wijzigen in geval van overmacht. Koper heeft in dit geval geen recht op herroeping van de aankoop (tenzij deze binnen 14 dagen na aankoop wordt ingediend). Overdracht van tickets is in dit geval wel mogelijk.

Indien door COVID-19 het programma geen doorgang zal krijgen, zal er door de organisatie een nieuwe datum gekozen worden. De voorschriften van het RIVM zijn hierin leidend.  

De overeenkomst komt, onder voorbehoud van het bepaalde in lid 4, tot stand op het moment van aanvaarding door de koper van het aanbod en het voldoen aan de daarbij gestelde voorwaarden.

Indien de koper het aanbod langs elektronische weg heeft aanvaard, bevestigt de aanbieder onverwijld langs elektronische weg de ontvangst van de aanvaarding van het aanbod. 

Indien de overeenkomst elektronisch tot stand komt, treft de aanbieder passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen ter beveiliging van de elektronische overdracht van data en zorgt hij voor een veilige web omgeving. Indien de koper elektronisch kan betalen, zal de aanbieder daartoe passende veiligheidsmaatregelen in acht nemen.

Iedere overeenkomst wordt aangegaan onder de opschortende voorwaarden van voldoende beschikbaarheid van de betreffende tickets.

Bij de aankoop van een ticket heeft de koper de mogelijkheid de overeenkomst zonder opgave van redenen te ontbinden gedurende 14 dagen. Deze bedenktermijn gaat in op de dag van aankoop door de koper.

Wanneer de koper gebruik wenst te maken van zijn herroepingsrecht is hij verplicht dit binnen 14 dagen, na aankoop van het product, kenbaar te maken aan de aanbieder. Het kenbaar maken dient de koper te doen middels het sturen van een e-mail naar contact@thenewcurrent.nl. Herroepen tickets worden in het systeem vernietigd. De barcodes van de tickets zijn daarmee ongeldig vanaf het moment van herroepen.

Indien de klant na afloop van de in lid 2 en 3 genoemde termijnen niet kenbaar heeft gemaakt gebruik te willen maken van zijn herroepingsrecht is de koop een feit. 

De in het aanbod genoemde prijzen zijn inclusief btw.

Alle prijzen zijn onder voorbehoud van druk – en zetfouten. Voor de gevolgen van druk – en zetfouten wordt geen aansprakelijkheid aanvaard. Bij druk – en zetfouten is de aanbieder niet verplicht het product volgens de foutieve prijs te leveren. 

De aanbieder is gerechtigd de prijs van het product te verlagen of speciale actiekortingen aan te bieden. Kopers van tickets met de oorspronkelijke prijs kunnen geen aanspraak maken op korting of herroeping naar aanleiding van de gewijzigde prijs.

Voor alle tickets geldt een beperkte capaciteit, welke is als volgt: max. 30 deelnemers per ochtend. Onder voorbehoud van de dan geldende maatregelen omtrent COVID-19.

Indien levering van een ticket niet mogelijk is doordat de capaciteit is bereikt is de aanbieder niet verplicht een alternatief aan de koper te bieden. 

De aanbieder zal tijdens de lezingen en masterclasses beeldmateriaal maken. De koper gaat bij het kopen van een ticket akkoord met het gebruik van dit beeldmateriaal voor communicatiedoeleinden van de aanbieder. 

Betaling voor tickets geschiedt direct bij aankoop online. Zonder betaling is de aankoop ongeldig.

In an annual exhibition, The New Current presents young, recently graduated artists from all over the Netherlands to a wide ranging public during the Rotterdam Art Week. Through this exhibition, TNC aims to improve the visibility and position of upcoming artists. Room is given to experimentation, large installations, new techniques and forms of presentation such as audiovisual art and crossovers. Focussing on video art, installations and performances, The New Current translates complex works of art into a unique experience. Everything is carefully coordinated – from the works to the atmosphere and the catering. The performance programme contributes to an enhanced experience, allowing for a cross-pollination between different artistic disciplines, while reaching new audiences. To increase the impact of participation, there is a development program prior to the event which supports artists in the transition from the academy to the professional field. The development program extends beyond the participating exhibitors and is openly accessible for interested artists and makers.

The New Current

We may collect personal information from you through our contact pages, where you may be asked for your name and email address. This will only be used to respond to your message or to add you to our newsletter mailing list in order to keep you updated on our activity. Furthermore we may collect some of your information if you make a purchase. During this process we may collect data such as your email address, shipping address and payment information. This information is to be exclusively used in order to complete the purchase and delivery of the works and is secured according to the PCI-DSS payment card data security process, which includes prevention, detection and appropriate reactions to secutiry incidents.

Aside from the information you voluntarily can share with us through the website, it is possible that some non-personal data is collected during your interaction with our website. This may include information such as your IP address, domain name, type of browser and operating system, the date and time you accessed the website and the pages and links you visit. This information is, again, not for public use and will not be used by us to contact you directly. 

Our Site may use "cookies" to enhance your experience. Cookies are placed on your hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about you.
