Want to experience Rotterdam Art Week in full? The passe-partout gives you five days of access to the key paid exhibitions and programmes across the city.With one personal wristband, you can visit multiple locations without purchasing separate tickets each time. Plan your own route and explore a large part of the week at your own pace.


From Wednesday onwards, you can collect your passe-partout at one of the following locations:

The wristband grants access to all participating paid locations of Rotterdam Art Week, with the exception of the Nederlands Fotomuseum, Fenix, and paid tours or performances.

2. Full House Technology and your Personal Data

Full House Technology cares about your privacy and protecting your personal data. We process Personal Data – i.e. all information by which a person can be directly or indirectly identified – in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant legislation on the protection of Personal Data (collectively referred to as Relevant Legislation). This Privacy Policy explains what kind of Personal Data is collected via our Website and Services. It also explains the purposes for which Personal Data is used, how it is protected and the duration of its storage. 

3. Full House Technology acts as both Data Processor and Data Controller

Full House Technology as Data Processor: 

Most of the Personal Data we collect and process, are processed on behalf of the Clients who use our Services. Our Clients determine the means and purposes of this processing of Personal Data, which means they act as Data Controller within the meaning of the Relevant Legislation. We process these Personal Data strictly in accordance with the instructions of our Clients and we don’t process them for our own purposes. In this respect, we act as Data Processor within the meaning of the Relevant Legislation. Our obligations as Data Processor are laid down in the Data Processing Agreement we enter into with our Clients.

As Data Processor, we may collect and process for example the following (Personal) Data on behalf of our Clients: 

• Contact information of ticket-holder: such as name, mail-address and phone number. 

• Financial information of ticket-holder: such as IBAN-number and BIC-code. 

For more information on the Personal Data we process as Data Processor and the relevant purposes, we refer to the privacy policies of our Clients. In case you contact us with a question regarding Personal Data we process as Data Processor, we will refer you to the relevant Client who acts as Data Controller in that respect.

Full House Technology as Data Controller:

Apart from the processing of Personal Data on behalf of our Clients, we do collect and process some Personal Data for our own purposes. In this respect, we act as Controller ourselves within the meaning of the Relevant Legislation. 

4.  What Personal Data do we process as a Controller and for what purposes do we use them? 

As Data Controller, we collect and process the following Personal Data:

Your (company) name, e-mail address, Client number, telephone number, current ticketing information and any Personal Data included in your message.

- Get in touch and to maintain contact with our (potential) Clients;

- Send newsletters. We may process these Personal Data in order to (possibly) enter into a contract or to execute an existing contact. For example, by a request to make ‘an offer you can’t refuse’ or to deliver our Services.

We may send newsletters to existing Clients about similar products and services, because we have a legitimate interest to keep them updated about such products and services. We send newsletters to others than existing Clients only after we have obtained an explicit consent. 

It is always possible to unsubscribe from our newsletter via the link at the bottom of each newsletter.

(Personal) data: Payment and taxing details

Client name and address, invoicing information (Services provided, prices, VAT rates), bank details (account number, IBAN and BIC-code) and an optional VAT identification number. 

- Include in our (financial) administration to comply with the Tax and Customs Administration regulations.

We may process these Personal Data, because we need these Personal Data to perform our contract with our Clients.

We are also legally obligated to process and/or share (some of) these data for/with the national tax authorities.

Information on the history of Services already rendered to the Client. This includes among other things information about earlier correspondence, and (technical) reports on rendered Services.

- Identify the Clients’ history of Services used.

We may process these Personal Data because we have a legitimate interest to process these data in order to provide you good Services. 

Information on the device used to access our Services, IP-address and information on the used browser.

- Communicate in the language of the browser;

We use these Personal Data because we have a legitimate interest to process these data in order to provide a good functioning Website.

Various Personal Data, among which information included in the employment agreement, payroll and financial information, tax details, identification, photo and notes on absence and performance.

- Perform our employment agreement with our Employees.

- Provide/administer the necessary information to/for the Tax and Customs Administration;

- Keep track on vacation/leave days/sickness absence;

We may process these Personal Data because we need these Personal Data to perform our contract with our employees.

We have a legitimate interest to track vacation/leave days/sickness absence in order to estimate the deployment of capacity and to distribute capacity where necessary.

Notes from interviews, information received from referees and/or training institutions, and where applicable, results from assessments and/or psychological tests.

We have a legitimate interest to process these Personal Data as we need them to process and assess your application. We only process information that is relevant for your application and you will get the opportunity to react to our findings.

5. How long do we keep the Personal Data?

Koper: de natuurlijke persoon die een ticket aanschaft
Ticket: toegangsbewijs voor een programma of evenement
Programma: lezing(en), masterclass(es) en/of evenementen
Overeenkomst: de overeenkomst tussen aanbieder en koper
Algemene Voorwaarden: deze voorwaarden



Artikel 2 – Identiteit van de aanbieder

1. Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op elk aanbod van de aanbieder en op iedere overeenkomst met de koper.
2. De voorwaarden worden vóór het sluiten van de overeenkomst beschikbaar gesteld.
3. Indien een bepaling geheel of gedeeltelijk ongeldig blijkt, blijven de overige bepalingen onverminderd van kracht.




1. Het aanbod bevat een duidelijke en zo volledig mogelijke omschrijving van het programma en de bijbehorende tickets.
2. Afbeeldingen en beschrijvingen zijn indicatief. Kennelijke fouten of vergissingen binden de aanbieder niet.
3. Tickets zijn uitsluitend online verkrijgbaar en zolang de beschikbare capaciteit strekt.
4. Tickets zijn persoonlijk, maar overdraagbaar zolang het polsbandje nog niet is opgehaald. Reeds gescande tickets zijn niet opnieuw geldig.
5. De aanbieder behoudt zich het recht voor het programma, de datum of de locatie te wijzigen in geval van overmacht. In dat geval ontstaat geen recht op restitutie, tenzij herroeping plaatsvindt binnen de wettelijke termijn.



Artikel 5 – Totstandkoming van de overeenkomst



1. De overeenkomst komt tot stand op het moment dat de koper het aanbod aanvaardt en de betaling succesvol is afgerond.
2. Na aankoop ontvangt de koper een bevestiging per e-mail.
3. De overeenkomst wordt aangegaan onder voorbehoud van voldoende beschikbaarheid van tickets.





1. De koper heeft het recht de aankoop binnen 14 dagen na aankoop te herroepen, voor zover het programma of evenement waarvoor het ticket is aangeschaft nog niet is aangevangen.
2. Na aanvang van het programma vervalt het herroepingsrecht.
3. Herroeping dient schriftelijk te worden ingediend via e-mail. 
4. Na herroeping wordt het ticket ongeldig verklaard en kan het niet meer worden gebruikt.





1. Alle prijzen zijn inclusief btw.
2. Kennelijke prijs- of typefouten geven geen recht op levering tegen de foutieve prijs.
3. Eventuele prijswijzigingen of acties geven geen recht op restitutie voor reeds gekochte tickets.



1. Voor alle programmaonderdelen geldt een maximale capaciteit.
2. Indien de capaciteit is bereikt, is de aanbieder niet verplicht een alternatief te bieden.



1. Tijdens programma’s kan beeldmateriaal worden gemaakt.
2. Door aankoop van een ticket geeft de koper toestemming voor het gebruik van dit materiaal voor communicatiedoeleinden van de aanbieder.




Betaling vindt direct online plaats. Zonder betaling is de aankoop ongeldig.




1. Klachten over de uitvoering van de overeenkomst dienen binnen 7 dagen na constatering schriftelijk te worden ingediend.
2. De aanbieder reageert binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst.
3. Klachten over de inhoud van het programma geven geen recht op restitutie, maar worden zorgvuldig behandeld.




Op deze overeenkomst is uitsluitend Nederlands recht van toepassing.




Afwijkingen van deze voorwaarden zijn alleen geldig indien schriftelijk overeengekomen en mogen niet nadelig zijn voor de koper.
